Oral care is easier to keep up when it fits your normal day. A repeatable routine matters more than a shelf full of products.
Make room for the basics
Brush with fluoride toothpaste for about two minutes, twice each day, including before bed. Clean all tooth surfaces, and ask a dental professional about cleaning between your teeth with floss or a suitable interdental brush.
Look beyond the bathroom shelf
Limiting sugary food and drinks and avoiding smoking also supports oral health. Keep dental appointments at the interval recommended for your individual needs.
Make a note of changes
Persistent bleeding, discomfort or a new change in your mouth deserves a dental assessment. Buying a different brush does not diagnose or resolve every concern.
